JL is a fucking great shop. They have absolutely no quibble service and if you aren't completely happy then they bend over backwards to make sure that you are. In the couple of instances of the years where there have been problems they've just given me a whacking great discount for the inconvenience. They offer superb guarantees as standard and their delivery guys always go the extra mile. I had two guys install a washing machine into an incredibly small and awkward utility room by torchlight after the ceiling light blew half an hour before they arrived. No complaints.

Whilst it isn't a cooperative, their ownership model means that everyone benefits from the company offering better service too so I'd rather give them the cash than fucking Currys.
