Pinkman or Heisenberg from Vampire Vape are two of my favourites.

And BluStar Vape do a Heisenberg Menthol concentrate that is awesome...

Those of you not sure about mixing your own eLiquid, just do it. In terms of costs it so much cheaper.
I was paying Ł5 for little 30ml pre mixed bottles before. Now I'm making 1 Litre batches for around ~Ł20 I think.

I use "Steam Engine" to calculate the ingredients, there are a couple of useful videos there too. Very easy.
