Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater HD (PS3) This game was damn near perfect for me 10 years ago. But an older, more cynical (read: More miserable) me was left with a bitter taste in my mouth this time. A part of me wished I never replayed it, just let it remain a beautiful memory….now though, I look at MGS3 like an ex girlfriend that you used to brag about to your friends but then see in Tesco’s years later only to see she has let herself go…and smells a bit. It’s still a great game…but it’s no longer the perfect game I once thought it was. 8/10 |
