Game of Thones: A Telltale Game Series
First time I've played a Telltale game and I really liked it. Decent story with a strong cast, good enough to act as a GoT fix while waiting for the new series. Most of the decisions didn't really seem to change the story significantly, except at the very end of the game (but even then, you could just load up an earlier chapter in that episode and get a different result). I don't mind that too much, though, because I get serious FOMO when playing games where choices significantly alter the plot. 8/10

    Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness
The original Disgaea is one of my fave games ever, but the sequels and spin-offs have never lived up to it and D2 is much the same. It mostly felt like a puzzle game rather than a strategy game. That might just be semantics but many of the maps really were just puzzles that didn't require strategy so much as just having sufficiently leveled characters to beat the enemies once you solve the puzzle so you can reach them. Plot was not as good or as funny as the first game. Overall, it's a good formula but probably not worth the 40 or so hours I spent on it. 6/10

    The Evil Within
Played this on casual because reviews scared me off the normal difficulty. In hindsight, probably not the best decision because the game is pretty easy on casual difficulty. That said, I really enjoyed the game. Story was derivative but well executed, the game looks great even on PS3 and some parts were genuinely scary. Tempted to get the DLC. 8/10
