I wouldn't say they've been fixed. The loading times have been dramatically improved on the PS4 but it can still be a little choppy on occasion. If that kind of thing tends to not bother you then you should be alright. Either way, if you can get past the few issues that do still remain it is a fantastic game in its own right.
