I'm not going to name and shame. A large tier 1 network company is a little bit broken and is dropping a high percentage of traffic to our servers (not just us, lots of others too). We tweaked a few things to tell other ISPs to stop sending traffic for our servers via the tier 1 company. Unfortunately some smaller ISPs are ignoring this. I guess EE are one of them. Open a fault with EE saying you can't reach our site despite it being reachable for 99% of the internet. The more open faults the more likely they are to do something about it. If you can handle bringing up a command prompt and running a tracert (traceroute on a mac), stick screen shot of the output on imgur/other service and send me link. The more info we have the better.
