Assuming Trump did actively collude with Russia, or Putin at least has some kind of leverage over him, isn't there a good chance the intelligence communities around the world would know about it?

If so, how would the NATO allies play it? Would there be any benefit in keeping it quiet and handling it all via back channels? wouldn't there be some leak in diplomatic traffic by now if it was some kind of open secret within various governments. Because if it was the case, the allies would have to be making some kind of mitigating moves or policy decisions that would become fairly obvious by now.

I'm so curious what the truth is to the whole thing. Having a US president beholden to Russia is like a storyline from 24
