I'd say that very few lawyers with realistic career amitions would take on such a high profile case that appears to have no chance of success. You'd wouldn't just end up a loser, you'd be Trump's loser. Apart the taint of the Trump association, Trump himself wouldn't forget that.

With any luck Trump's pyramid scheme has run its course, and there's no money left in the kitty anyway. Maybe he really couldn't afford the proper Four Seasons!
