I think it might be Redream (Dreamcast emulator) that currently only supports 1 gun. Flycast apparently supports multiple mice and guns etc.

@Zyrr Does the Sinden gun have a driver for Macs?

Edit: Nevermind, it's mentioned on the Kickstarter page: Windows and experimental support on Linux.
