Haha when people were saying her secondary job was 'undisclosed' I thought the worst and assumed she was a stripper or the like.

Her sacking really does have more to do with her and less with the GG as some media would have us believe. So why was the OP'er so ripped by other posters mercilessly for the first few pages. He was pretty much right ?
I'm guessing folks didn't agree with the OP or that they're just tired of the whole thing at this point.
How can you not agree with facts?

This is why people hate this stuff so much, why people hate sites peddling it and people hate the morons like those who tore me apart who are unable to separate facts and reality from their emotions and bias.

The article, and all the articles, linking Rapp's firing to GG and blaming both GG and Nintendo for it, were all completely fabricated. Not a single one has managed to link the two in any way, yet it is being reported everywhere as fact.

Was she harassed by GG? Yes.

    Was she fired? Yes.

Did the two have anything to do with each other? Not that anyone can prove, especially when there were many, many other and better reasons for Nintendo to fire her (as others have already outlined).

So the question you have to ask yourself is why all the articles peddling what is essentially a lie?

Because it's a lie that fits the narrative sites like EG are trying to spin. For clicks, for "the greater good", I don't know. But sites like this should not be lying, purposefully, to their readership. And they certainly shouldn't be censoring people that point it out, as was happening in the comments on that article.

But sure, guys, rip me apart for being right. Good job at showing how mature and intelligent you all are, unable to separate raw emotion and your intellect. Is it any wonder I'm infrequent? Clearly most of you are too immature to debate such issues as sexuality, sexism and video games.
