Yeah I’m on X1X and there’s a lot of stuttering when you watch replays definitely, but I’ve not really noticed the frame rate much when I’m playing.

I don’t think I’m that sensitive to frame rate issues though, especially since I don’t play games on PC where 60+ seems to be the norm.
