Just to confirm Delibird and Smeargle definitely aren't available yet. They have weird moves Present and Sketch that don't really work with the gym battle system as it is. I doubt we'll see them until after this supposed re-work of the gyms is launched.

Variations of the same mon as regional is fair enough. Imo that's what the should have done with the unown forms.
