Yeah a lot of people were not exactly happy with fighters being held back as a pre-order bonus or collectors edition, the roster itself was pretty unimpressive (they could have pulled some of the older Capcom characters like Jin, Captain Commado, Amingo and Ruby Heart). With such a fairly small roster and then announcing SIX fighters as DLC before the game is even released along with the whole "people only play characters for their functions and nobody remembers the X-men..." line that got dropped. Yeaaahh...Capcom I get that probably Disney did fuck you by telling you Marvel Cinematic Universe characters only but you didn't help matters either. |
