Yeah unfortunately their PR and DLC practices basically caused them to tank sales. As much as the core gameplay experience may be good, after SFV (where they delivered basically half a game for full price) many people don't trust the fighting game arm of Capcom anymore.

Compared to the Monster Hunter arm of Capcom which seems to be going from strength to strength recently.
