I haven't enjoyed a Far Cry game since the first, but something about the setting for this one appealed to me and I got swept up in the hype at the last minute.

I'm glad I did, it's pretty good so far. Definitely helps that I happened to watch Wild Wild Country the other day, which led me down a rabbit hole of reading about Rajneeshpuram and Jonestown and a bunch of other stuff. Having all that in the back of my mind, purely coincidentally, has made for a surprisingly eerie experience at times.
