Agreeing with old Wunty and Jambo. It's your hobby dude, just enjoy it.

Also I agree with Shao Khan except I used Sheeva's stomping attack over and over and over to beat him since he couldn't block it. The fact they actually programmed in a 'make the AI dumber' thing in there. Not sure if it's true but apparently every time he laughs or taunts it ratchets down his AI a notch to slowly make him more stupid the more attempts you take at him.
