Been doing it for three years.

There's about 50 employees in the company, and we all work remotely, but we do all hang out on something called Flowdock, which is pretty much where all communication occurs. Oddly, it works.

There's no way I could go back to an office now, I get so much done and the days usually fly by. And as others have said, Spotify is a must.
