It's amazing how quickly a rubbish deck can turn decent with just a couple of wee cards and a relic.

I had a couple of abortative runs at The Silent A2 (yes, I'm a scrub), and started a third run which was looking dire. Tried to go down the poison route, but ended up reaching the Act 1 boss with a very skinny deck, mainly just block skills (leg sweep or two, a couple of the 5 block and 5 next turns etc.) and having to rely on strikes for attack due to a dearth of poison-based cards appearing in loot or the shop.

However, picked up a runic pyramid for the boss relic (don't discard your hand at the end of turn) and picked up Flechettes on a whim and it layed waste to Act 2 and the first half of Act 3. Often doing 7, 8 and sometimes 9x6 damage, and having it cycle back out quickly due to the skinny deck. Added Bullet Time in for turns where I need a lot of block, works quite nicely.

I left it there last night, halfway through Act 3. Thinking about it, an Envenom and maybe a Catalyst would give it the momentum to get all the way to the end.
