After some real difficulty adapting to the Watcher's playstyle, I've just had a run where I was untouchable past Act 1 boss. It was a fairly compact deck, only 15 cards, coupled with some good relics like ink bottle for a bit of extra draw, and shuriken to boost strength - which happened whenever my zero-cost Flurry of Blows were coming out after every stance change. The key was the draw, Simmering Fury is an indispensable card for making sure your blocks and stance switches are coming out when you enter Wrath. The only regret is that I didn't bother picking up the keys for Act 4, I would easily have smashed the heart with that set-up. |
