Another thing I've noticed about the Watcher is that she tends to benefit from potions more than the other 3 characters. I usually avoid buying potions from the shop, except for fairy in a bottle or something like that, but the Watcher benefits so much from an Attack potion and Flex potion (mega burst damage on your Wrath/Divinity turns) that I find myself making sure I'm stocked with at least one or the other. The white beast statue relic I find to be a godsend.
