@AddyJB I got him the first time I entered phase 3. Practice reverse lightning technique near the divine dragon boss because it makes the last phase really easy. When the third phase begins you also have enough time for a jizo statue if you need it for ressurection. The first phase should be nailed down eventually. Honestly have not a lot of advice for the second phase because I only managed to beat him once. Uae fire crackers in the second phase(and circle as much behind him as possible) for 2 or 3 hits. I used the best upgrade for firecrackers. Jump on him when he does the wide arc wind attack. Also be sure to catch your breath and heal when possible but not under pressure.
