I've got a 32" JVC something I got from Curry's last year in the spare room. The Wii U is hooked up to it and it looks fine.

It's got the same OS as the 26" Bush TV in my daughter's room, same remote and everything. I think most TVs at that price point are basically the same thing with a different badge on.

Anyway, they are all fine. Just go into Curry's and buy whatever 32" they have for that price. You probably need to add another ten inches and 200 quid to your specs before you can start using the phrase 'gaming TV'. Anything in your range are like 20 quid DVD players.
    Thanks, I'm sure you're right.

I just hoped someone of here might have a 26-32" they could particularly recommend that is also a reasonable deal, the TV options are not so important to me.

I don't understand all this new tech, I'd just about worked out 3D on my PS3 on the main telly and I love it, but it seems that's been dropped by everyone now in favour of VR, which is a shame because I love 3D.

I guess if anyone can kindly point me roughly in the right direction I'll go with that (after my own research), otherwise I will have to do the rounds of Currys, Richer Sounds etc and see what I end up with! I doubt I can do that before my birthday and I have Prime so was hoping to have something sorted soon, but this seems a right old minefield for such a basic thing!
