I've played Two Point and have seen plenty of let's plays on Jurrasic Park World. From what I've seen and experienced, Two Point is the deeper simulator.

The dinosaurs are pretty in Jurrasic Park, but the visitors are just superficial visuals and the systems don't really overlap with each other.

Not so for Two Point. I've had a single patient cause an entire cascade failure that rippled through the hospital, affecting everything.
