Hi Guys need some help not sure if this is in the correct place.

I have just brought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset for my Xbox One.

I am having trouble fully connecting it all up this is my first ever Razer Headset so I'm a bit confused to why its not working properly.

What i have done so far is unpacked the headset from the box from new and plugged the usb end into the front of the Xbox One usb port and then plugged the 3.5 jack into the audio control box but I have no sound coming from Xbox One to headset. So what i done next was i unplugged the 3.5 jack from the audio control box and put it staight into my Xbox controller and it worked but I am not able to use the audio control box that also came with the headset.

My question is how do i fully setup the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition for my Xbox One so that I can also use the full features of the audio control and not just the headset plugged into the controller.

A step by step would be most appreciated.
