I had an issue with my account for both Eurogamer and USgamer a couple weeks ago where I wasn't able to log in and all my prior comments appeared to have disappeared from the site altogether. Someone at USgamer told me I'd likely been caught up in a spam sweep accidentally, and restored my access. I lost my entire comment history on USgamer, but everything seemed intact here, so I went my business as usual. USgamer is working as normal, but after posting several comments to Eurogamer, it occurred to me that I'd not received any up- or downvotes or comments on any of them. Up until that point I'd just assumed I wasn't being particularly interesting, but upon visiting the site without logging in, it actually looks as though none of my comments are visible to anyone other than me. (I'm actually not even sure if this post is going to show up.) For example, I just left a comment on this article. When I'm logged in as myself, I can see it. If I'm not logged in, it's not there. I'm assuming this is a holdover from whatever happened to my account earlier, but either way I wanted to point out that it's occurring and see if anything can be done (hopefully without losing my comment history here as well).
