International Aid is amazing and we should be committed to 0.7% of GDP, so I'm actually with the
Tory rebels on this one.

From very quick research it seems only a small percentage of the population is actually against foreign aid, but covid changed opinion a bit / changed the question.

The cynic could argue aid is another form of leverage.
