At the last election Labour were deemed by many environmental groups to actually have stronger green policies than the Green Party. Though since then they do seem to have switched priority from tree hugging to flag hugging.

There's always the Lib Dems I guess. They did win that by-election recently... by primarily campaigning against the building of clean fast public transport.
