@waggy79 Is this on PC? Have you tried closing the Xbox App immediately after clicking the play button for Metro? I left the app running in the background once and it tanked my performance, and the game at one point hung. Didn't crash, but there was 20 seconds where I thought it would.

With the Xbox App closed, I've not had problems so far.
