Disc version – physical games are generally cheaper, plus resell option. I'm genuinely surprised at how readily people are willing to pay a premium for digital games outside of sales.
Not all regions are in the same financial situation and have the luxury of next day deliveries. Where I live, boxed games can cost as much as €75 but are usually at least €60 and don't ever really drop in price within the first 18 months after release. If I want to get a game via Amazon etc. I need to wait at least 10 day for the delivery and that alone can cost as much as €10 - €15 for me.

Cheap PSN credit normally result in me saving at least a fiver on the RRP of a boxed title at launch and as Kal said (and I don't think this should be understated BTW) 'Unbreakable, unlosable, more convenient and future proofed.' this final point is particularly pertinent. Building a 'library' of digital games that are always accessible is, frankly, a massive bonus of the modern consoles.
