I'm 38, I still remember when I was 8 and I was expecting my sisters old Spectrum for Xmas. But I actually got an Amiga 500. I even remember the first game I played was shadow of the beast.

Snes after that with Turtles, Street fighter 2 and Fzero, Uni Rally a bit later I loved . Some pc gaming followed by day one ps2 with SSX which really needs a remake. The last time I was wowed really.

Everything that's come after including all the xbox consoles, ps4 and switch hasn't really had that effect. Hopefully the Ps5 does.
