I'm not trying to buy a PS5 till next year, but it amazes me anyone ever gets through these checkout process when thousands of people are bombarding the same site. Same outcome every year for me when buying Glastonbury tickets, for example.

I can only conclude some people have special broadband connections, because I know people who went through the Glastonbury checkout twice and ordered two lots of tickets.

Yeah it was slightly crackers. It hung on add to basket so had to open a new tab on the basket which showed the item in it and then proceed to checkout. Checkout hung if you were logged in so had to go through as guest and then reattach the order to account.

Once you get a checkout session assigned it’s fine it’s just assigning it as the world plus dog is trying at the same time!
