@Trowel the seal on my outer box was broken too (not torn, seals had been physically removed and not resealed). Contents all perfectly fine though – even checked for fingerprints  My best guess is after those reports of disc consoles ending up in digital edition sleeves, some random spot checks (some more careful than others) were done to make sure the right contents were in the right boxes. |
