Sony support excelling themselves today: my PS5 is one of the unpleasantly noisy ones, so Sony (who it predictably took 30+ minutes to get through to on the phone) told me to run some troubleshooting steps in Safe Mode; options 2 and then 5. Turns out they are 2. Change video output (?!!!!) and 5. Rebuild database. Of course they didn't work... |
