Had a power cut yesterday morning & now my PS5 is playing up - had to do a hard reset/factory reset & reinstall the firmware, restore my licenses I have ended up losing everything stored on the hard drive - all my game saves from PS4 launch & the games on the hard drive, including Astro's Playroom - gutted to say the least as I dont have PS Plus as I dont do online gaming and i prefer to own my games, so no backup saves Also, I cant access the PS4 games that were on my 8Tb external storage - doesn't seem to recognise its connected and it was about half full Other times the PS4 just restarted with a warning it wasn't shut down properly and rebuilt the database; I hope this isn't the norm for PS5s |
