PSN definitely needs some kind of smart delivery process implemented. It's currently way too confusing. Downloaded Control via the only option available in the app and ended up with the PS4 version. Had to dig around the store on the PS5 to find the PS5 version, delete the PS4 version and start again.
Have fast broadband so not a huge issue for me but would be even less impressed if I was living in the sticks with a slow connection.
