Ed: In my library it defaults to eh PS5 version, I have to manually change to the PS4 version to download it.

Edit. I think I was misunderstanding you there. Still reckon it's overly conveluted. I believe XBOX use smart delivery which makes all this stuff seamless. Hopefully Sony will follow suit.
