He seems to be very infrequent, I've only seen him twice. Big problem with Redd is that if you go to another island and he's there you can't buy something that's already been bought so filling the art gallery is going to take forever. I do have a coffee stained Vitruvian Man though, I knew it was fake but thought it'd look nice in my basement gym.

I was going to offer my bell price at 452 but that's crap in comparison to some on this page!
