You need the rusted parts to make the big robot thing. That's their only use as far as I can see. I was using them to see how close I was to getting the golden shovel, but that got fucked up with the introduction of pirate Gulliver (which also gives a rusted part), that don't seem to count towards getting the golden shovel.

@Pipedream I only have the green street lamps, I agree the white ones look better though.

This game has obsessed me through lockdown.
