I've gone for a Series S, mainly for quicker load times in the spare 30 mins or so I get each today to switch the thing on. Looking forward to it after having my OG Xbox One since 2014.
If anyone is still after one I spoke to a chat agent on the MS website and they have stock in Switzerland, 251 after exchange rate. You can order one over chat and not bother with constantly refreshing web pages.
