    On the phone to Microsoft now and they want me to send the console in for repair. They’ve offered me a replacement with a hold on my bank card pending me sending mine back.

    Replacement Series X received today. The hassle on the phone was frustrating but impressed at them getting a box out to me the same day and it arrive the next day.

    Appears to work fine so that’s good. I won’t be changing the power settings this time though!
