Used to have to travel to various power stations, and wind farms over the UK to train the engineers/techs. Was away Sunday eve to Friday every other week pretty much. Used to take an x360 and a small monitor with me... Till the sad day I opened the bag and the screen had cracked. Projector it was after that. That was before kids, now it's much rarer thankfully, and is usually abroad - though the novelty wears off that fairly quickly. But the joy of not having the kids waking you up constantly through the night makes it worth it. |
