@Dirt3 I'm a school governor in England. Whether or not government orders closure of schools, schools are finding it difficult to stay open due to staff absences. I know of at least 4 that are planning to shut from Friday for 4 weeks, and we are monitoring the situation in our school given the rising numbers of staff (and pupils) self-isolating. I understand the reason government wants to keep schools open, but it's not going to be possible to do so for much longer. |
