The easing of the lockdown translates roughly into: Those returning to work are fundamentally guinea pigs.

How soon and how big will the second COIVD-19 wave be?
All those staying home will get to sit back, watch, and wait and see.

The biggest issue will be caused by the allowed movement of people. Areas that were not as infected as much as other areas might now find themselves becomes a whole lot more infect. The UK government has got it very wrong, again.

Why delay border closure to the end of the month?
They should be locking down all borders now.
They should have locked down borders weeks ago.
