This is a valid concern. I've been remote working for about 10 years and in the first four, this was exactly me. Until I realised, as nick days above, that it was my problem, not my employers. Once I learned how to call it a day it didn't harm my relationship with my employers / clients one bit, and I was actually just as productive.
