That's exactly how it can work. Students coming to mom and pops after mingling with 100s of other students, gramps too, throw in the children in primary and secondary school, and the adults from working from all over. Hugging, kisses, sitting on laps and next to each other, eating close together. Right at the beginning of peak flue season.

This is currently one of the active super spreader scenario's in preparation.
