To be fair, not entirely sure that'd be his position to rule that in or out at this stage.

Would certainly be interesting if they tried it though! Probably want to see another country roll it out first if it ever happened.

Also my understanding is, it'll protect on a personal level, but that won't mean much if you can't get sorted for your other health issues because the hospital's filled with everyone else who hasn't.
