Personally I’d like to buy a monthly ticket with say ‘30 return journeys’ on it. Then if I had holiday or happen to get a lift to work I wouldn’t need to use it and that would add up over time.

Most of us probably have a couple of weeks off work coming up over the summer but still are paying for journeys we don’t go on with an annual ticket.
