Mask wearing in shops is still pretty much universal in my experience, but I've taken a few train rides in the last fortnight and around half the people I saw weren't bothering, or pulling them off as soon as they entered.

No wonder I'm now isolating due to an app alert.. but given those ignoring the mask rules will also be disregarding the app, it feels pointless.
