    @Nazo See point 1. Capacity becomes an issue at step 1 when triage systems are put in place, significantly hemming the flow of initial consultations.

    There seems to be a narrative in this thread that we should remain restricted to pre-empt a potential mutation that could result in the feared hospitalisations. It's a valid point. But as per my argument, the cost of doing this is incredibly high.

    The data is not yet showing a concerning increase in hospitalisations. And besides, how are 'hospitalisations' defined? Is this definitively due to Covid reasons or for other causes. Is it an A&E walk-in?

    This does not mean those who are or who feel vulnerable should stop taking the precautions they deem necessary.
