I got messed around pretty badly by that online system. There is a central number and/or your council may have one. Ring it. They'll sort you out in short order and possibly get you a more convenient location.

It's not worth the anxiety which I fully understand - I was horrified when I got a message saying I'd cancelled my second appointment when I had done no such thing!

Also follow your LA on Facebook, and look for pop ups. Got mine weeks early and it was better organised than my booked one to boot.

Genuinely great advice here - after just checking on Facebook I found out a pop-up vaccination centre will be available tomorrow just a few minutes walk from where I live.
